I've not received my delivery - what do I do?
If this happens, your item is likely still in transit or being held at customs for clearance (for our international customers). Please get in touch with us at support@allegedtee.com, and we will trace your package.
You can also contact the courier using the tracking number provided with your order, and they will be able to locate your package.
Remember, you have a 30-day Return Guarantee, so there is nothing to worry about. We will do everything in our power to get your package delivered to the address you provided.
