30-Day Hassle-Free Guarantee

We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a full refund or a free replacement.

How it works

  1. Email support@allegedtee.com with your order number and a quick note on what went wrong. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please include a photo.
  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with your refund or replacement.
  3. No need to send it back. We don’t resell returned items, so please keep it, pass it on, or donate it.

Refunds go to your original payment method. Once approved, please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to show it.

Exceptions: gift cards can’t be refunded.

EU customers: for orders shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
